All types of volunteers are welcome! From local high school and college teams, tennis enthusiasts, special education teachers, ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists to name a few. It is a chance for you as a volunteer to brush up on your tennis skills and gain valuable experience helping individuals of all ages improve their tennis skills, social skills and physical fitness. Knowing how to play tennis is not a prerequisite to volunteering, but it helps!
Lake Norman Tennis Foundation engages in outreach through tennis programming to underserved youth and adults and mentally and physically challenged individuals in our area. We welcome all volunteers, including non-tennis players, to help us achieve this mission.
Below is a list of areas where volunteers are needed. Use the form to indicate your areas of interest. (If you are volunteering with youth and you are over 18 years of age you must complete the USTA SafePlay background screen).
